In these terms, “QuestDB”, “we” and “our” mean QuestDB Technology Inc. and its affiliates.
QuestDB Open Source
QuestDB Open Source is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The license text in the repository governs your use of the software. Third-party components included in QuestDB are subject to their own licenses as noted in the source code.
QuestDB Enterprise
QuestDB Enterprise, self-hosted or deployed as Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC), is licensed under the QuestDB Enterprise Subscription License Terms, unless the customer has signed a different agreement with QuestDB. The terms are incorporated into each customer’s Order Form, which is either signed directly or accepted through a cloud marketplace private offer. The Order Form identifies the QuestDB contracting entity, the licensed products, support level, fees and subscription term. A copy of the terms is available on request from legal@questdb.com. Features available only in QuestDB Enterprise are proprietary and are not licensed under the Apache License.
QuestDB Enterprise Trial
Trials of QuestDB Enterprise are provided under the QuestDB Enterprise Trial Terms. Trial use is limited to internal, non-production evaluation during the Trial Period defined in the Trial Terms.
Website and community
This website, the documentation, the public demo instance at demo.questdb.io, the community forum and the QuestDB Slack are provided free of charge, “as is” and without warranty, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Content on this website is owned by QuestDB or its licensors unless stated otherwise. The documentation is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data.
Trademarks
QuestDB and the QuestDB logo are trademarks of QuestDB Technology Inc. or its affiliates. You may use the QuestDB name to refer to QuestDB and its products, but not in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by QuestDB unless we have agreed to it in writing.
